Lessons for: Water - Snow - Land

Intro Lesson:
Length: 1 hour
Cost: $50
Location: Land

The Intro Lesson is done on land with a 3m two line Trainer Kite.  This lesson will cover: How kiteboarding works, safety, wind knowledge, set-up, self launching, kite flying skills and some landboarding.

* Before moving onto Lesson 2 you first must demonstrate excellent trainer kite control.  It’s a good idea to purchase a trainer kite to practice your flying skills before Lesson 2.  If you already have a trainer kite and can demonstrate that you have excellent control, the Intro lesson can be skipped.

Lesson 2:
Length: 2 hours
Cost: $180
Location: Land/Water

In Lesson 2 we will review wind knowledge and go over the proper set-up of a 4 line kite.  We will cover how all the safety features work and practice flying, launching and landing a 4 line inflatable kite.  We will then start to body drag in the water or introduce the board/skis on land.

* We require that you have your own equipment by Lesson 3.  We offer discounts on equipment for those who are taking lessons from us.

Lesson 3:
Length: 2 hours
Cost: $180
Location: Land/Water

In Lesson 3 we will cover water/land re-launching, self rescue and some more body dragging.  We will then introduce the board and begin to start riding.  We will also cover kite tuning and many Do’s and Don’ts.

Or if you want us to cover some jumping and basic tricks.  You tell us what you want to learn.  We even have a Personal Watercraft we can follow you on a big downwinder with and coach you on the go.  This turns beginner students into advanced in one session instead of many.
